The primary aspect of ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) is the improvement of the level and quality of the services that enable IT operations. ALPHANET’s ITSM activities include providing clients with CMDB (CMS) systems, ITIL-based IT Service Management, and many other systems covering the entire life cycle of IT.

Job Description:

  • Participation in the implementation and integration of cutting-edge products from international manufacturers alongside ALPHANET’s experienced consultants and experts.
  • Implementation of Service Management Solutions following the ITIL method, personalization of the ITIL processes
  • Management of smaller projects under the guidance of an experienced mentor
  • Preparing presentations, reports, and analyses for customers

  • Good understanding of the most common Operating Systems (Microsoft Windows, Linux)
